1 1/3 C Sugar 1/2 Cup Butter, room Temp 2 eggs 1 Cup Pureed Avacado 1/3 Cup Buttermilk 1 tsp Mexican Vanilla (Los Cinco Soles)personal favorite 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 1/2 tsp Nutmeg 1/2 tsp Salt 1 1/2 tspBaking soda 1 1/2 Cup All purpose flour 1/2 Cup Chopped dates 1/4 Cup Golden raisins 1/2 Cup Walnuts (if you want) Pre-heat oven 350 Mix sugar, butter,eggs,vanilla. Add Avacado and buttermilk and mix by hand. In small bowl combine spices,salt,baking soda and flour. Mix well. Gradually add dry to wet fold in dates ,raisins,& walnuts. Pour into 9X9 baking dish or bundt pan(bundt works best) Bake 50-60 minutes remove, cool & enjoy.
