Take one or two packages of Philadelphia Cream Cheese, available at SuperExpress and elsewhere and set out til it is soft, more or less room temp. Take a small can of Salsa Casera, Herdez or Costana, it's the red stuff. With a fork gradually blend small amounts with the cream cheese. A can is good for two packages of cheese, but you can always make one and use the rest of the can for your meatloaf or in an improvised salsas where you would add fresh tomatoes, chilis and cilantro). It can get a bit soupy, but with refrigeration, it will set up to a a firm dip. Enjoy. |
