Woke up at 6AM to watch the sun rise grabbed a coffee from downstairs and after getting my stuff together for the Golf Cart day met Rob down at M&J's for Breaky. We then walked over to Pepe's to rent a Golf Cart $45 US for the day until 5PM or $55 US for 24 hours. We opted for 24 hours so we didn't have to rush back from our island tour.We travelled past the Airport Strip along the Caribbean side.Drove out to Punta Sur and then back to Zama's Spa & Beach Club.We got to Zama's by about 10AM so there was only 1 other couple there at that time,it was great. What a beautiful spot we picked to lounge for the day and enjoy the pools.

We found a great beach bed right by the pools and sat ourselves down there for the day with cold cerveza's ($30 pesos) being served to us.Does it get better than this? It started to cloud up at about 4PM so we decided to head back to where the sign says "BEER SO COLD IT WILL MAKE YOUR TEETH HURT" Villa Las Brisas Hotel. We just made it in time before the skies opened up and it rained like you wouldn't beleive.Well here we were in a little Mexican/Californian Oasis sitting on the swings in front of the bar and looking out to the pool, jacuzzi and gardens. We took a quick tour of the suites and they were beautiful, really romantic with huge Conch shell where the shower head would be.Hanging beds with metal lighting that casts the light like starlight in the room. The rates were approx $200 US per nite for high season including breakfast. The skies cleared after about 1/2 hour so we headed back to town.
We met back at Miguel's where Miguel had more Pomegranite Tequila so we had to try a tester shot, really smooth. We then just walked down Hildago and met up with some friend's at Sancocho's.We ordered the special which was Chicken Breast stuffed with herbs & cheese with a lovely sauce $70 pesos, good! It was an excellent day touring so called it a day and headed to bed.
