Yates Family Vacation July 22

Everyone kept saying how hot it was. The locals couldn’t believe it when we told them it was much hotter at home! It was another beautiful day to enjoy the beach. We ate lunch at Alexia & Giovanny loncheria. Everyone loved the watermelon water. We tried to only eat a small lunch because of the big dinner planned. Before dinner we enjoyed sitting on the sea wall on the east side of the island. It was a gorgeous spot with a delightful breeze.

The Salt Fish at Amigos was delicious. Two fish were prepared as to have enough for 3. This dish is a must if you have never had it. The Red Snapper is not at all salty and the manager will load your plate with boneless, skinless mouthwatering fish. Our son devoured it. Our daughter made a lot of photos of the presentation. She had the vegan spaghetti.
