I'm not too good at reports so I guess I'll just do the highlites of our trip. The flight was uneventful and thankfully quick. Zoomed thru customs, not many people at 8:30am and then the wait for the luggage. Suitcases scanned and yes, the green light. Out to watch for our names on Dreamdays sign and off to Grand Puerto.
Watching Isla come into view, the beautiful water, we're back once more.
Fidel at the dock to take our luggage to Nautibeach and us to Brisas for the first drink. Ahh....could sit here all day but off to get out of jeans and into our shorts. The condo is great and the balcony is comfy and breezy.
Unpack afew things, I'll get to the rest later. Off we go to get our golf cart from Ciros, ours is #1, put on our flags and horn and we're going to Jaxs for a bite and then to Garrafon for some snorkeling. Love the water out there six or seven different shades of incredible blues. Lots of fish, a couple of drinks and back to the condo. We stopped at the cross roads on the way back where they have the shells for sale and was going to buy a couple of shell plant hangers until asking the $$. 60.00 US, I actually laughed out loud when he said that. Hell, I bought 2 in Hawaii for 20 bucks apiece and these were the same. I guess I'll live without them.
Later we hooked up with Donna at Aqua Adventures and set up to go on the Whaleshark tour. A little pricy but figured it was a one time thing. Back to the condo and dressed (changed shorts) for dinner. Hit the Sunset Grill and food was good but not great. Watched the sunset with a couple of drinks from beach in front of Sergios and retired to our
balcony to watch the stars and plan the next day. It's been a long day but we go to bed content and listen to the waves thru the open window.
